Speakers Bio
Meg Pierce-Walsh has over a decade of experience as a water resource scientist and project manager. Meg’s expertise includes the Clean Water Act, water discharge permitting, and developing strategic permitting solutions for municipal, industrial, and private clients in more than a dozen states and jurisdictions. Her passion is working with teams and clients to develop solutions using collaborative problem-solving.
Chris Pasch has been a regulatory consultant with Plummer Associates since 1991. Chris assists clients with permitting issues, such as biomonitoring failures, receiving water quality modeling, total dissolved solids (TDS) permitting and TDS source studies, nutrient limit development, and many others. Chris focuses on identifying practical permitting solutions that are acceptable to the utilities, the regulators, and the public. |

WEAT SMALL SYSTEM COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
WEAT has recently created a new Small Systems Committee and is looking to add new members! This new committee will focus on meeting the needs of the smaller communities across our state. The committee will work to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative methods of providing technical information and operational support to small systems throughout Texas. Through these efforts, the committee will strive to bolster the knowledge and skillsets of various utilities, encourage/grow WEAT membership, and provide professionals with an avenue for impactful contributions.
